Human mesenchymal stem cell culture

Dear Friends

I am new to stem cell culture. I am going to isolate human mesenchymal stem cells from fat tissue. I am not sure which medium is more suitable for these cells? DMEM high glucose, DMEM/F12, DMEM low glucose, or alpha MEM all supplemented with 10-15 percent FBS. Does any of the above medium has detrimental effects on MSCs
