When will this hipsc cell line (AICS-0060-027) show mGFP signal?
Will it appear mGFP signal before cardiac induction?
Hi @hxt132 ! Using our cardiac differentiation protocol (which can be found here: Standard operating procedures (written methods) - ALLEN CELL EXPLORER), we found that ~5% of cells are mGFP+ 12 days after the start of differentiation, and at 25 days after the start of differentiation ~30% of cells are mGFP+.
