iPS cardiac differentiation with lactate

Hi,
Can you suggest a protocol for lactate purification after wnt-modulated differentiation?
I have been unable to find a detailed protocol.

Thanks for your question - we haven’t used lactate selection to purify our hiPSC-derived cardios here at AICS, but here is a paper which describes a method one of my colleagues has used in her previous lab:

Particularly, the description under the section " Human iPSC culture and differentiation" in the Methods section has a detailed description of the lactate selection method used.
