Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we (Allen Institute for Cell Science) don’t know the HLA type of the WTC-11 cells. The cell line was created by the Conklin laboratory at the Gladstone Institutes. Maybe they can provide you with information regarding the HLA type of the donor?
