How can I gain access to sequence methylation and CrisprOn to restore affected genes?
Thank you for participating in our forum! Is this question in reference to a specific dataset that we have released? It sounds like you are interested in identifying Haldol-sensitive genes, and methyl-omics of the genome in different experimental conditions. Unfortunately, this is outside of our team’s expertise as we have not worked with this specific assay or approach, and specialize more in other -omics approaches besides methylation, and on genome engineering.
Thank you for your reply Mr.Dunster,
What I’ve seen in the forums did not capture my attention, I recently found an epigenetic clinical company in Boston, Omega Therapeutics precision epigenetic control. I also found a Dr. Roussos With Mt. Sinai and is a psychiatrist interested in Snps with neurogenomics of schizophrenia- which i do not identify with- that i was in the best shape of my life and am trying to restore to the same condition by undoing the physics of Haldol, which might’ve methylated one of the most personally identifying Snp.
Unfortunately this is not something our team has expertise in therefore cannot help you with, but I wish you luck in your pursuits!
what about the synaptic protein mechanisms involving extinction of protein following the offending drug?
