Oligos for CRISPR editing from the Allen Institute

Hey, this is my first post here, so I hope you are all safe and sound.
In my laboratory we have recently purchased a plasmid for CRISPR editing of the nuclear pore component NUP153 (Plasmid #114407). I was wondering if there is any chance that we can get the oligos for the gRNA too? This would help us very much to save some (much appreciated) time and to be on the safe side with this step. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi Marc!

Thank you for your question! I really apologize that there has been such a delay in answering directly. I recommend referencing our cell line catalog (Cell Catalog - Allen Cell Explorer) for crRNA or gRNA sequences, details about our cell line generation process, cell culture methods, and other tips for assessing genomic integrity after editing your cells-- we try to make as much of these things open and available to researchers like yourself as possible.

Other users have asked similar questions, so you may find additional tips by perusing other discussion threads such as this one: Plasmids for my lab?

Let me know if this answers your question or if I can help in some other way!
