Finding Specific Track IDs in Vol-E

Hi, we have analyzed a bunch of data through TFE, and it would be nice to verify the 3D images in Vol-E. We have a list of track IDs and time stamps, and we would like to zoom in to capture images of the cells at particular moments in time. Is there a tutorial that will show us how to do this? I’ve managed to get a slice by eye, but orienting it properly hasn’t gone great.

Alternatively, is there a way to access 3D images from TFE itself? I know that there was a thought about putting the EMT data into Vol-E, but I’m not sure if that project was finished, or if it was available for the nuclear morphology dataset.

Any advice would be great!

Hi @swalsh thank you for posting here. More details about your situation might help. Is the data being viewed in TFE as a 2D or 3D dataset? We have recently added support in TFE for using the VolE viewer to display full 3D data in the main TFE viewport.
