# Modification of H&E Tissue Stain

Hello,  
We are looking for modifications of H&E stain for fixed MSC cells on a culture plate.  
All protocols we have found are only for tissues so we are looking for what steps to remove or add in order to make it viable for cell culture staining.  
Are there any stains similar to H&E that can be used for cell culture staining?
