# Matrigel dilutions

We take a conservative approach to diluting our Matrigel because of morphology differences we see when our hiPSC are plated on glass. We observe the best morphology on glass with a 1:30 dilution of Matrigel, and our cells are also healthy on this dilution of Matrigel on plastic, so… that’s what we recommend!
