This data set is from an very early version of our Variance paper ( [Integrated intracellular organization and its variations in human iPS cells](https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-022-05563-7)) but is not associated with an existing publication. This data can be seen in Cell Feature Explorer by visiting this URL: [Cell Feature Explorer](https://cfe.allencell.org/?dataset=aics_hipsc_v2019.1) If you want the most current version of this data, please visit Cell Feature Explorer, [https://cfe.allencell.org](https://cfe.allencell.org) and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. Then click on the link for “[The hiPSC single-cell image dataset](https://open.quiltdata.com/b/allencell/packages/aics/hipsc_single_cell_image_dataset/tree/latest/metadata.csv)” This is the data that is associated with the paper.
